Hello, my name is Valentina Orrù. I am a researcher, a freelance evaluation consultant, and a producer based in London (UK).

With over ten years of experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating creative learning and artist development projects, I bring expertise in qualitative research, project management, and evaluation. My practice is rooted in collaborative work with artists and community groups, with a particular focus on the intersection of art and economies.
I have worked with a wide range of organisations and funders, including SPACE, the Barbican Centre, Autograph, Headway East London, Tate St Ives, De La Warr Pavilion, Sarabande Foundation, Esmée Fairbairn Foundation, the National Lottery Heritage Fund, the European Regional Development Fund and Essex County Council.
Currently, my PhD project investigates socially engaged artistic practices in London, delving into the relationship between art, policy, and the economy to explore notions of economic value.
